Marshals at EWAC

               With a very apt theme, “Clean Initiatives for your industry,” EEWAC 2002 – India’s largest Exhibition and Conference on Environment, Energy, Water and Clean Technology was organized from June 21 to June 23, 2002 at Chennai Trade Center, Chennai. The exhibition, which was ably organized through the joint effort of several government, quasi-government and non-government agencies including the United Nations featured 220 stalls from across the country. The conference held on 21^st and 22^nd witnessed key industry speakers covering topics on Alternate Energy, Environmental Technology and Water & Wastewater Technology.

 

              At Marshals’, we found this exhibition an ideal platform to showcase our existing products and services besides creating a forum to discuss other areas of infrastructure. While our capabilities in thermal power transmission & distribution, loss reduction management and managing substations on a turnkey basis have been demonstrated time and again, it was now time to translate these projects management skills to other areas of infrastructure. Hence, our participation in the exhibition was de rigueur. Our stalls EG 12 and 13, which showcased miniature capacitor banks, display panels and substations, received overwhelming response from the visitors.

 

            The visitors to the stall comprised top executives from several companies like Bharat Electronics, Hindustan Motors, TAFE, EID Parry etc to name a few. The first ever participation in such an event, EEWAC, besides proving to be an excellent platform for garnering tremendous exposure has also been a great learning experience at Marshals’. We intend to participate in more such events in the coming days.
