Marshals'
SuperSoft Technologies Limited,
the lead licensee of TCIL-IT, TCIL-IT and CIPET (An autonomous Institute
in the Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals
and Fertilizers, Government of India) have entered into a global
partnership to offer CADSOFT, a high end software application and
CAD combination course. The MOU is being signed today. Under this
agreement a student can complete the preliminary course for CADSOFT
at the Marshals' TCIL IT Institute which has considerable experience
for offering courses such as Visual Basic, C++ which is a fundamental
requirement for CADSOFT. The student can then proceed to CIPET to
be trained on CAD/CAM/CAE using specialized software PR)-E the UNIX/Ideas,
ANSYS and Mould Flow. The duration of the entire course will be
3 months and at the end of this period the student will be given
a joint certificate by Marshals' TCIL IT and CIPET. The latent demand
for CADSOFT was enormous and with the absence of credible training
programs, this joint venture was formed. Currently such a kind of
course is unavailable. Some Companies offer CAD courses, but they
are often not comprehensive. Students have to undergo the courses
piece meal i.e. complete the basics at one place and then find a
compatible CAD course. MARSHALS' - TCIL-IT & CIPET will offer a
seamless course which will bear the Government Stamp of authenticity.
As
per NASCOM figures, the market size for Engineering and Designing
services is estimated at 1 Billion USD for year 2004 and is slated
to go up 1.8 Billion in the year 2008. The scope of employment is
approximately 87,000 by the year 2004. The potential for this course
is huge in the country and will be one of the most lucrative revenue
earners for Indian Software Companies. In addition there is a scope
for addressing the 0.2 Billion USD animation software market, which
is poised for exponential growth.
Marshals'
TCIL - IT, have already carved an enviable reputation for offering

with CIPET to offer value added services to students is another
